David Expeditions Peru , David like many other guides ,Twelve years ago , I started to work , for 2-3 , Rafting company , as a guide, I got the experience in my daily job as rafting guide now I Manage my own rafting team ,with professionals , friends, doing safe rafting trips around Urubamba River, Villanota River and Apurimac River .
We are one team and Native professional guides from Cusco and Sacred valley leading the rafting trips in the sacred river of the Incas, we have training every year, to help our clients if something happens in the rivers doing river rafting.
Now days with all the years of experience we cater to groups of people of all ages and of different walks of life all eager to share ,the lust for adventure. We provide state of the art equipment and professional English speaking , Spanish speaking , Portuguess speaking , expert Professional guides.
Tour Program
A day of rafting will teach you some basic techniques, show you some nice scenery near Cusco, and Sacred valley and give you a wet, thrilling ride.
Pick up from your hotel….? Safe transportation service, from your hotel to the rafting spot approx… 9-10 AM we will start our rafting trip at Urubamba River in the Sacred Valley ,before to start our rafting trip our guide will give us an introductory information on safety and equipment for our trip and adventure in the Urubamba river will raft for around 3hour in Class II, III, IV.
- Class I-II-III winter season: (May, June, July, August, September, October).
- Class I-II-III-IV summer season: (November, December, January, February, March, April).
- Lunch Optional:
The rainy season is a really good time to go rafting because the river gets faster and the waves and other hydraulics are larger.
- Bathing suit.
- Towel.
- Sandals or running shoes.
- Shorts (to use over the wetsuit).
